At Diacha, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
No return requests will be accepted after 3 days under any circumstances.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be unwashed.
- All original tags must be attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not be damaged by the customer.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The request is made after 3 days of delivery.
- The product has been used or washed.
- Tags have been removed.
- The product is damaged due to customer misuse.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Exchange
Currently, exchange services are not available.
